IT Leader

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven IT Leader to spearhead our technology strategy and capabilities. This pivotal role involves defining and executing a forward-thinking IT and communications roadmap that directly supports our business objectives and drives innovation. You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of all technology initiatives, alongside expertly managing our network of third-party IT consultants and service providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Technology Architecture: Architect and continuously evolve the company's technology landscape, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business goals and providing expert architectural guidance to strategic service providers for system design and development.
• Robust Network Management: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our critical network infrastructure, guaranteeing its security, reliability, and scalability to support sustained company growth.
• IT Investment & Growth: Develop and meticulously execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure capital plan designed to fuel organizational growth and foster innovation. This includes adept resource allocation and meticulous budget management to achieve key IT objectives.

• Deep architectural understanding across diverse platforms, including infrastructure, security, data, integration, and applications.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills, coupled with a strong focus on responsiveness and accountability.
• Proven experience in leading multiple complex initiatives and consistently delivering innovative solutions.
• Broad business acumen and a solid grasp of financial principles.
• Highly developed emotional intelligence, unwavering integrity, and superior interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated expertise in project management, remote team leadership, and comprehensive budget oversight.
• Unwavering discretion, commitment to confidentiality, and complete fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Keen awareness of industry trends and the practical ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
