Job Details
Our client is seeking a skilled RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, adaptable to no-code automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools. A background in healthcare, particularly with claims experience, is preferred. Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and Snowflake is a plus.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to no-code/low-code automation platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow design.
- Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing automation solutions for complex business processes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, or JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with claims processing or related workflows.
- Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL and Snowflake for data integration and automation.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and experience ensuring compliance in automated processes.
- Certification in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Automate is highly desirable.
- Experience with integrating RPA solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
