PTC - Procurement Tech Analyst

Introduction:

The Procurement Tech Analyst will be responsible for managing staff augmentation requisitions, entering shopping carts in SAP SRM, processing changes to purchase orders, reviewing monthly invoicing, and maintaining IT dashboards. This position will require close collaboration with IT procurement team members, contracts and purchasing department members, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staff augmentation requisition process including working with internal stakeholders to finalize requests
• Submit staff augmentation requisitions to external vendors
• Enter shopping carts in SAP SRM
• Process changes to purchase orders in SAP SRM
• Assist IT team members with shopping carts and goods receipts as needed
• Review monthly invoicing for all staff augmentation and process change orders
• Review IT dashboards for accuracy and maintain data as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients
• Adhere to PTC standards, policies, and procedures
• Utilize various software and technology tools to perform job duties

Requirements:

Minimum Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in SAP SRM functions - Display, Shop, Receiving
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
