Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years of IT experience in a professional environment.

  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Android, and iOS operating systems.

  • Strong experience in providing technical support for a wide range of end users.

  • Ability to work onsite regularly in a professional office environment.

  • Experience in supporting the technical aspects of the employee lifecycle.
