Nutanix is a leading sales opportunity in the upper-right quadrant, offering accounts market-disrupting technology, surpassing other multi-cloud products. The common thread is that once customers start using Nutanix, they are so satisfied that they continue to expand and purchase more, resulting in great renewal and add-on sales potential. Once the sales representative has a prospective customer and registers the deal with KH Technologies, Nutanix assigns a sales representative and pre-sales SEs to cover all necessary aspects to move the sale forward, including pricing estimates, distributor alignment, scoping, and technical discussions. KHT is a service leader for Nutanix, and we have highly skilled technical pre-sales resources to help you sell without requiring in-depth technical knowledge.
If you are strong in technology sales, this is an excellent opportunity to dive in and make substantial money with no caps on your earnings. Alternatively, you can do this part-time as a side job, taking advantage of opportunities as they arise, and earn some additional money at your own pace. Sales Compensation Plan
- Commission-based only to start, work as much or as little as you want, no pressure, and remote.
- Average Deal Size is $50-$180K, with larger possible
- First software sales deal commission only = 5%
- FT software sales deal commission after the first software sale = 5%
- Services only sales = 4% (if bundled with a software sale = 5%)
- Existing logo sales or renewals are paid at a flat rate of 2%
- Commissions are paid monthly based on receipt of client payment for products or services = net 30 days after the close
- No Cap on commissions - the sky's the limit, and we keep paying as you sell.
- After the first software sale, offer an FT sales position with base plus commission and quota assignment.
- Nutanix offers free sales training for this opportunity, which takes place remotely over a few hours.
Responsibilities
- Hunt, hunt, hunt. We need someone very strong at hunting for deals and customers, driving them to want Nutanix and come to the table for more.
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads in our CRM (Zoho)
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects utilizing ZoomInfo
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Qualifications
- US-based only - not looking for non-US-based sales resources
- Strong hunter experience in sales
- Existing technology sales experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Zoho) and ZoomInfo
