  • Are you an experienced Production Support Analyst / Systems Application Analyst looking for your next challenge? Join our Enterprise Payments Group and Treasury Management team as a Senior Production Support Consultant and help us keep our mission-critical applications running smoothly.


What You'll Do


As a Senior Production Support Consultant, you will:



  • Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise payment systems, treasury management applications, and other core business platforms.

  • Lead testing validation, QA, and UAT during system upgrades, enhancements, and project implementations.

  • Drive incident management: troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate status during outages and performance issues.

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned applications and advocate for intuitive, user-friendly design.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - business users, developers, infrastructure - to resolve issues and improve system reliability.

  • Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements to strengthen future support.


What We're Looking For:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.


Experience:



  • 7+ years in IT or systems support roles.

  • 5+ years of incident resolution/problem determination experience.

  • 5+ years of testing, validation, and system implementation experience.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, SQL, or similar tools preferred.

  • Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies.

  • Strong skills in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Access, and SharePoint.
