Head of IT Architecture

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on IT leader to architect and scale our client's enterprise systems. As Head of IT Architecture & Cognitive Solutions, you will lead the modernization of our application landscape, design a secure and scalable infrastructure, and embed automation and AI across business processes. You will play a critical role in aligning IT strategy with company growth, driving operational efficiency, and enabling a data-informed, digital-first organization.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture:

• Develop and lead a future-ready IT roadmap that aligns with client s growth and transformation goals.
• Platform Rationalization & Process Optimization:
• Consolidate and optimize platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce) and re-engineer workflows to remove inefficiencies and manual work.

Automation & Cognitive Tools:

• Introduce intelligent automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-driven solutions to streamline cross-functional processes.

Infrastructure, Support & Security:

• Build and lead a high-performing IT team. Manage vendors and helpdesk services while ensuring compliance with security frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001). Oversee tools such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Zero Trust, and EDR.

Change & Stakeholder Management:

• Drive technology adoption and change management efforts through training, communication, and collaboration across departments.

Requirement

• Senior IT leadership experience (Director, VP, or Head of IT) in cloud-first, automation-forward companies.
• Proven success leading enterprise architecture, system integration, and internal IT operations.
• Deep expertise in automation, process improvement, and modern IT service delivery.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
