Job Details

We’re Hiring: SAP Service Management (SM/CS) Consultant
Remote (Supporting client in Plainfield, IN – EST)
6 Months Contract (Very likely long-term extension)
Occasional travel if needed (expenses covered)

We are looking for a hands-on SAP SM/CS Consultant with strong configuration and production support experience.

Candidates with SAP PM backgrounds who have worked extensively on SAP CS are also welcome. Strong SAP CS expertise is mandatory.

 

Must Have Skills:
5+ years of SAP implementation & support experience
Deep hands-on experience in SAP SM/CS configuration
Strong understanding of Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranties, Service Contracts
Experience integrating with FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, SCM, GTS, BI
Excellent communication and ability to work independently
ECC 6.0 experience; S/4HANA is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:
Production support for SAP SM/CS
Handling day-to-day user issues & service requests
Requirement gathering, solution design, testing & deployment
Working across Repair Depot & Service Center processes
