SAP WM Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a fully remote SAP WM Consultant to join their team. We are looking for a skilled SAP Warehouse Manager with deep expertise in SAP WM to lead operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material handling, and seamless integration of warehouse processes within the SAP WM module.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize warehouse operations using SAP WM
* Oversee goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping processes within SAP
* Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations
* Configure and troubleshoot SAP WM transactions (e.g., LT01, LT10, LT21, LX03)
* Collaborate with IT and SAP functional teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues
* Train warehouse staff on SAP WM procedures and ensure compliance with SOPs
* Monitor warehouse KPIs and generate performance reports using SAP
* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of warehouse management experience, with at least 2 years using SAP WM
* Strong knowledge of SAP WM transactions, master data, and integration with MM and SD modules
* Experience with warehouse layout planning and process optimization
* Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA WM or migration from WM to EWM
* Familiarity with RF (radio frequency) devices and barcode scanning integration
* Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
