Location: Washington, DC (Fully Onsite)

As an Asset Management and Tier 1 Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Department of State executives' technology needs. Your mission is to provide top-notch support, maintain assets, and contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track assets for over 800 high-profile executives worldwide.
  • Provide Tier 1 support, promptly addressing user requests and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Configure and install network printers, local printers, workstations, thin clients, and laptops across various network classifications.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, OUs, and Workstations.
  • Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow for efficient communication and task management.
  • Understand and adhere to Change Management processes and controls.


Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in asset management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, OUs, and Workstations.
  • Experience responding to on-demand Tier 1 support requests.
  • Proficiency in configuring and installing network devices.
  • Strong communication skills.


Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft or CompTIA certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with iPads/iPhones, mobile device provisioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
