Scrum Master Lead

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Scrum Master Lead to work in Gahanna, OH 43230. Job Summary:

The Scrum Master Lead helps large teams work more efficiently and deliver projects successfully using Agile and Scrum methods. They guide the team, remove obstacles, and ensure projects stay on track. Additionally, they mentor other team members on Agile practices and collaborate with managers and stakeholders to meet goals for quality, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum practices.

• Help teams plan, organize, and deliver projects efficiently.

• Support the Product Owner and development team to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

• Remove blockers and facilitate problem-solving to keep work moving.

• Track and communicate project progress to stakeholders at all levels.

• Promote self-organization, high performance, and Agile values such as transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Partner with other Agile leaders to standardize and improve processes across the organization.

• Educate teams and departments on Agile roles and expectations.

• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.

• Provide reporting, updates, and visibility on team progress using visual management tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, OR Associates degree with 2 years of related technical experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related technical experience.

• 8+ years of experience delivering products or projects, including 5+ years on Agile/Scrum teams.

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.

• Experience with project management deliverables such as budget forecasting, status reports, and sponsor meetings.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
