Job Details

Looking for a Genesys Cloud CX Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing multichannel self-service IVR and OmniChannel orchestration and routing solutions. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in developing Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Bot, etc.) applications using Genesys Cloud CX Architect. Experience with third-party integrations such as AWS Lambda, Lex, Polly, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required. The role demands a strong background in delivering customer interaction solutions across multiple channels and a comprehensive understanding of the Genesys Framework and its integrations with internal and external systems.
