Skills Required:
- 12+ years of professional experience.
- Expert-level Java skills.
- Strong background in SailPoint and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Must understand and articulate end-to-end IAM strategy not just tool administration.
- Experience with complex initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and business stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to customize solutions and act as a strategic thought leader.
- Experience with certification campaigns is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with transitioning from IIQ to ISC is required.
