Job Title: Developer/Programmer Analyst 3
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 Months (with possibility of extension)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASP.NET Core Developer with strong proficiency in Angular 14 and above to support the development and enhancement of web applications related to Special Education programs. These applications are integral to charter schools and various school districts and integrate with other agency platforms to support data-driven decision-making and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and C#.

  • Build dynamic user interfaces using Angular 14 or higher (experience with Angular 18 is highly preferred).

  • Design and manage SQL Server databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and SSRS reporting.

  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs.

  • Work with technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Blazor.

  • Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and responsive design.

  • Modify legacy ASP.NET applications to support 504 ADA compliance.

  • Write unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and implement solutions.

  • Troubleshoot bugs and resolve technical issues as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10 years of experience with ASP.NET Core and C#, including at least 5 years of recent hands-on development.

  • 10 years of experience in SQL Server development including schema design, stored procedures, SSRS, and Entity Framework.

  • 6 years of experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular.

  • 5 years of experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit) and tools like Selenium.

  • 4 years of experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.

  • 3 years of experience with Angular 14 or above within the past 5 years.

  • 3 years of experience implementing ADA 504 compliance in web pages.

  • 3 years of experience with data integration and ETL processes.

  • 3 years of experience with Bootstrap, Blazor, and jQuery.

  • 2 years of experience with Angular 18.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS.

  • Experience working on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

  • Understanding of Azure SQL Database and its capabilities.

  • Experience with ArcGIS integration is a plus.
