Job Title: IT Help Desk Technicians

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer help desk telephones for assigned account(s) and address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to software and hardware by providing clear guidance and troubleshooting steps.
- Handle more complex technical problems through a defined escalation process, ensuring timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved within the agreed-upon time frame.
- Log and track inquiries using a problem management database, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints to ensure appropriate resolution.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
- Experience using problem management databases or similar tools is an advantage.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
