Required Skills

3+ years C++ development with performance optimization focus
Expert in modern C++ (C++17/20/23) and low-latency techniques:

Lock-free programming and atomics
Network programming and kernel bypass (DPDK)

Linux system programming experience
HFT or quantitative finance experience

Preferred

Market data protocols (ITCH, FIX, exchange feeds)
FPGA development knowledge
Hardware timestamping and precision timing

Technical Environment

C++17/20, Linux, high-performance networking (10GbE+), DPDK, FPGA acceleration, co-location facilities

Compensation

Highly competitive base + significant performance bonuses

Requirements

Code must achieve sub-microsecond latency targets
99.99%+ uptime during trading hours
All production code requires rigorous testing and documentation
