Job Details

Job Description:

  • The Account Access, Account Health, and Identity Operations team ensures a seamless user experience across account journeys from sign-in and password recovery to account health improvements and identity verification. We partner closely with product, analytics, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions.
  • We are seeking a proactive Technical Program Manager to lead initiatives focused on account recovery. This role blends program/project management, data analysis, and cross-functional communication.
  • You will manage launches of new account recovery factors, track project progress, and measure impact through data insights, while ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution & Delivery (60 70%) Coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, track tasks and deadlines, update documentation, and ensure successful delivery of account recovery initiatives.
  • Data Analysis (10%) Review and interpret experiment and performance data, understand conversion metrics, and work with analytics teams to derive insights that inform decision-making.
  • Communication (20%) Create concise project status updates, closure reports, and stakeholder communications, translating complex work into clear, actionable summaries.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Partner with analytics to assess new feature performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Facilitate alignment across internal teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear expectations.
  • Maintain project documentation and dashboards to track progress and impact.
  • Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and clarify requirements in ambiguous situations.

Experience (Required):

  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in User Identity, Access Operations & Account Recovery/Account Management, authentication, or identity/access management (IAM) solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data (Excel proficiency required; SQL basics nice-to-have).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messages to different audiences.
  • High-level understanding of technical systems (e.g., front-end, back-end, data flows).
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Experience (Desired):

  • Familiarity with metrics analysis, A/B testing, or product performance reporting.
  • Background in technology companies or SaaS environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
