The Accounting Operations team is responsible for optimizing the efficiency and regulatory compliance of the company's financial systems, processes, and reporting. We are seeking a seasoned Global Senior Analyst who will serve as an individual contributor with strong project management skills, the ability to work independently, support team success, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
You will provide strategic insights and advanced analytical support for global business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing senior-level decision-making. This role requires a proactive problem solver capable of managing complex projects and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance global business performance.
This role reports to the Global Continuous Improvement Manager and there is a requirement to work from our Urbandale office at least three days per week.

We will count on you to:
- Lead complex data analysis projects supporting global business strategies and initiatives.
- Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee medium to large teams on cross-departmental projects, managing project documentation, tracking issues and tasks, and escalating as needed.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and models to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to gather requirements, share insights, and align on business objectives.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through comprehensive data analysis and market research.
- Support the design and implementation of global programs and process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing and enforcing best practices in data management.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analyze large datasets to develop insights that guide strategic business decisions.
- Conceptualize, implement, and evolve standardized reporting to evaluate effectiveness across solutions, markets, clients, client portfolios (including Client Growth Plans), marketing campaigns, and lead acceptance.
- Provide actionable insights and suggest potential strategies to internal stakeholders.
- Assemble and review strategic documents such as project business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans for accuracy and completeness.
- Recommend and implement solutions to complex problems impacting colleagues and business operations.
What you need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role, preferably within a global or multinational environment.
