VDart Group is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to join our client’s IT Cybersecurity NERC CIP Compliance team. This role supports operational Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities, ensuring high-quality outcomes through close collaboration with cross-functional teams..

Job Title: Business Analyst Cyber Security IAM (NERC CIP Compliance)

  • Location: Juno Beach, FL
  • Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT compliance SMEs to execute role lifecycle management processes.

  • Support IAM activities including access certifications, operational processes, and IAM reviews.

  • Develop, update, and maintain IAM program documentation and training materials.

  • Generate, consolidate, and analyze IAM-related reports from multiple systems for accuracy and compliance.

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field).

Technical Skills:

  • Experience managing and updating IT process workflows and documentation.

  • Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs or teams (preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); advanced Excel skills (DAX, Power Query) are a plus.

  • Ability to analyze data and processes, identify anomalies, and ensure operational compliance.

  • Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and visualization is preferred.

Compliance Knowledge:

  • NERC CIP Security standards experience is not required, but willingness to learn, especially CIP-004, is essential.
