Job Description:
  • The Technical Lead will manage the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, TypeScript, Angular or React, and AWS cloud-native tools.
  • This position plays a key role in guiding technical stXXgy, resolving dependencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Proficiency in Java Spring Boot for backend development.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js for REST API development.
  • Experience with Angular or React for frontend development.
  • Experience with AWS cloud-native tools including LamClienta, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a development team.

Experience:

  • 8+ years in full-stack software development.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Building and deploying applications using AWS serverless architecture.
  • Developing responsive, user-friendly web applications.

Responsibilities or Duties:

  • Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
  • Candidatetor and guide developers on best practices and standards.
  • XXgn, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Node.js, TypeScript, Angular/React, and AWS.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
  • CollaboXX with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers and project dependencies.

Should have:

  • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Initiative to solve complex technical challenges.

Skills:

  • Java Spring Boot.
  • TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Angular or React.
  • AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB.
  • Git and CI/CD tools.
  • AWS Step Functions (nice to have).
  • Cloud Development Kit (CDK) experience (nice to have).
  • GitHub Actions for build and deployment (nice to have).
