Position Summary
The Enterprise Full Stack Team Lead (Application Architect) will be a core member of the Global Capital Markets Technology that supports Global Capital Markets platform. The candidate will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and conversion to full time employment.
This role will lead, execute and deliver one or more strategic initiatives. The individual will be the primary architect and hands on technology leader. The role is expected to have strong analytical skills along with deep technical expertise and, have the ability to dive into technical details including design and development and troubleshooting of complex issues.

Primary responsibilities will include:
12+ years of total experience with at least 8+ years of hands on core Java experience.
Prior experience in manageing/leading a team of 4-6 developers
At least 2+ years of complete user interface development experience using Angular 5+
Unix/Linux scripting
Understand Single Sign-On set up, OAuth 2.0, HTTP headers implementation for mitigating security risks
Middle tier development Webservices, spring boot, REST
HTML/DHTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, TypeScript
5+ years of backend database development Oracle preferred
Experience in using SDM tools , JIRA, Jenkins, BitBucket etc.,
Effective Problem solving skills and insist on highest standards.
Responsible for development and support of various applications in the group and
hands-on design, architecting and development of solutions.
Very strong communication skills, and ability to interact with senior business partners as well as senior technology management

Info security and strategic responsibilities:
Experience with both External and Insider Threat as focus areas within Information Security
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Visio
Understands Investment banking and primary markets to design efficient solutions
Ability to navigate and work effectively across a complex, geographically dispersed organization
Exceptional communication and business relationship skills
Ability to build consensus and cooperation as well as to influence, interact and negotiate with senior leadership in the organization
Knowledge of change and project management methodologies and principles and the ability to integrate them into project design
Broad knowledge of Information Security technologies, techniques and processes
Experience leading complex technical projects, meeting target timelines, facilitating project meetings, authoring project documentation, issue resolution, and project resource identification
Demonstrable ability to self-direct creation of the vision and implementation of strategic patterns across the enterprise, with minimal supervision to achieve program goals
Excellent process design capability to improve overall efficiency, mitigate resource conflicts, and improve customer/client experience
