Work Schedule
This is a hybrid role with an in-office requirement on Thursdays.
We're seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Support Engineer to provide ongoing monitoring and support for our AWS environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in AWS services-particularly CloudFormation and Lambda-and a passion for automation and troubleshooting.

- Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. (10 hours + 1-hour lunch)
- Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. (11 hours + 1-hour lunch)
- Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. (11 hours + 1-hour lunch)
- Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (8 hours + 1-hour lunch)
We're seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Support Engineer to provide ongoing monitoring and support for our AWS environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in AWS services-particularly CloudFormation and Lambda-and a passion for automation and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for applications and services running on AWS.
- Act as an escalation point for application developers using AWS.
- Build, deploy, and maintain AWS services and infrastructure.
- Write and maintain CloudFormation templates and Lambda functions.
- Respond to AWS maintenance notifications and service health alerts.
- Monitor AWS Health Dashboard and application-level alerts.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification required; AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and administering AWS cloud platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a growth mindset.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting.
- Developer experience is a plus (e.g., Python, Node.js, etc.).
