DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
All Points is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Aviation Parts Outside Sales Representative to join our VAR sales team. As a key player in our sales division, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation parts market.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
    • Leverage your extensive industry connections to open doors and drive sales.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise:
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of aviation parts, including their specifications, applications, and compatibility.
    • Provide technical guidance to customers regarding product selection and usage.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
  • Networking and Relationship Building:
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network.
    • Leverage your existing connections within the aviation and aerospace community to create new business opportunities.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, highlighting the value of our aviation parts.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation or aerospace/defense parts sales.

SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong industry connections within the aviation and defense sales industry
  • Experience working with VARs (Value-Added Resellers) is preferred.
  • Secret clearance is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
