DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
All Points is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Aviation Parts Outside Sales Representative to join our VAR sales team. As a key player in our sales division, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation parts market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Leverage your extensive industry connections to open doors and drive sales.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of aviation parts, including their specifications, applications, and compatibility.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding product selection and usage.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
- Networking and Relationship Building:
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network.
- Leverage your existing connections within the aviation and aerospace community to create new business opportunities.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, highlighting the value of our aviation parts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor s degree in business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation or aerospace/defense parts sales.
SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong industry connections within the aviation and defense sales industry
- Experience working with VARs (Value-Added Resellers) is preferred.
- Secret clearance is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- United States Citizenship Required
- Active US DoD Secret Clearance (or higher) preferred.
