Job Title: Oracle HCM/Payroll Consultant

Location Remote

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

• Strong hands-on experience with Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, statutory rules, and compliance requirements.

• Experience in Core HR module implementation and support.

• Proven expertise in data mapping, data migration, and working with legacy systems (e.g., JDE).

• Strong knowledge of integrations: OIC, REST APIs, HCM Extracts, and interface troubleshooting.

• Solid understanding of payroll processes, calculations, and statutory requirements.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead functional workstreams.

 

 

 

Educational Qualifications:

·         Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.

·         Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

 

Travel:

·         Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
