Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

  • Define and document high-level and detailed architectures for Windchill implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and industry best practices.

  • Configure and maintain CAD workers (Creo, Office Worker, etc.), SSO, and SSL.

  • Plan and execute upgrades, perform rehearsals, document procedures, and execute production upgrades.

Customization & Integration:

  • Develop workflows, object models, and custom configurations.

  • Integrate Windchill with ERP (SAP ECC/S4), MES, CPQ, and CAD platforms.

Project Execution:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery including configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization.

  • Oversee risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance.

Mentorship & Documentation:

  • Mentor junior developers, enforcing best practices and code quality.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, configurations, and customizations.

Technical Skills:

  • Core: Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, Java/J2EE, SQL, Spring, Hibernate

  • Specialized: Windchill Bulk Migration, ESI Integration, CAD Worker setup, performance tuning

  • Architecture: SSO/SSL configuration, cluster setup, vault management

  • Tools: Creo, SAP ECC/S4, MES, CPQ
