Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) are a plus.

Experience:

  • 15+ years in technology and architecture roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale systems and Insurance PAS or Claims systems
  • Strong background in financial services or insurance industry preferred.

Technical and Strategic Skills:

  • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, microservices, and API design.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, data platforms, and modern development frameworks.
  • Strong ability to align technical strategies with business objectives.

Leadership and Soft Skills:

  • Visionary leader with excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
