Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep technical expertise across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software design, Salesforce integration, complex automation, and custom development using Apex and Lightning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of scalable Salesforce solutions for Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Own the full solution architecture from design through deployment across multiple systems and integration points.
  • Design and develop advanced, complex workflow automations and approval processes in Salesforce.
  • Define the system landscape, identify gaps, and recommend best-fit CRM solutions using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Guide technical teams in the development and deployment of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and integration services.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
  • Work on integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using tools like Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven prior experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect across Experience, Service, and Sales Clouds
  • Strong background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and multi-system integration
  • Hands-on expertise with workflow automation, process builder, flows, and approval processes
  • Extensive end-to-end implementation experience in Salesforce CRM
  • Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Java, JavaScript, and XML
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, AppExchange packages, Web Services, and s controls
  • Experience in custom development and configuration using Force.com platform
  • Proficiency in working with Oracle, SQL, and data modelling
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
