Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Multi Service Release Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional, multi-phase network implementations, security changes, and IP service changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex enterprise network environments, release management, and change control processes within large organizations.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, partner with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of network solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage delivery of multi-phase network implementations and service changes.
  • Oversee end-to-end network infrastructure lifecycle from requirements gathering to technical delivery.
  • Manage multiple related projects to achieve desired business outcomes across different service providers.
  • Develop and track project deliverables, schedules, and dependencies aligned with change/release calendars.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Facilitate communication, updates, and escalations across stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all Change Management and CAB processes, conducting readiness and post-implementation reviews.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks impacting network delivery timelines.
  • Manage repeatable network changes spanning multiple workstreams including Firewall, DDI, and Network Engineering tasks.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, risk/impact assessments, and compliance to change policies.

Preferred Technical Expertise

  • Broad understanding of enterprise networking technologies including:
    Data Center/DMZ, WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, Cloud/Virtualized networks, B2B, MPLS, VoIP, Wireless LAN, and Structured Cabling.
  • Familiarity with related technologies such as Firewalls, Load Balancers, DDI, Video, Voice, and Collaboration tools.
  • Experience in network operations, architecture, and implementation delivery.
  • Strong grasp of change management processes, release planning, and production readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical or project management role supporting network programs.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale network or infrastructure releases.
  • Certifications preferred: PMP, ITIL (technical certifications such as CCNA are a plus).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills must be able to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Financial Services or Banking industry experience is a plus.
