Job Details
We are looking for Epic HB with Claims
Support and optimize Epic Hospital Billing (HB) workflows.
Build and maintain HB claim edits, rules, and configurations.
Monitor and resolve claim errors (CWE, CCE, CCO) and claim work queues.
Troubleshoot issues related to payers, billing, and clearinghouse connections.
Participate in upgrades, testing, and system enhancements.
Create and maintain reports for claim errors, denials, and clean claim rates.
- Provide end-user support and documentation.
