Solugenix is assisting a client, in their search for a Senior ServiceNow Developer. This is a full-time opportunity based out of Rockville, MD (100% Remote).

 

Seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote role is ideal for a candidate who excels in ServiceNow integrations, UI building, and flow design, and has a robust understanding of the telecommunications sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field from a reputable college
  • 3 to 7 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer in a senior capacity, with a strong portfolio of successful integrations and UI implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to the project timeline until the end of December 2025.
  • Optional: Understanding of the Telecommunications Services Management (TSM) solution

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of services and processes to ServiceNow.
  • Design and implement effective UIs tailored to user needs.
  • Develop comprehensive workflows and business processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
  • Serve as an integration expert to ensure seamless connectivity within ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Strategize, architect, and design end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for clients/customers.
  • Design, strategize and implement ITIL processes for clients/customers using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop a productive working relationship with client stakeholders and process owners that allows for a cross-functional understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Leverage from best practices in Project Management using SCRUM/Agile for efficient project delivery and implementation.
  • Ensure project scope and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget.
  • Work with client stakeholders to define and implement new ServiceNow applications/modules.
  • Assist business service lines in defining and developing client-specific reporting.
  • Work with QA and end-users to ensure new functionality passes testing, and defects are resolved promptly.
  • Implement, maintain, and customize ServiceNow modules like (not limited to): CSM, Field Service, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Project, Portfolio, Orchestration.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $50/hour to $80/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
