Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote IT Project Manager to oversee and coordinate technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while effectively managing cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and lead remote teams of developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

Manage project budgets and ensure resource availability.

Identify and mitigate potential project risks.

Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and best practices.

Facilitate collaboration and communication across distributed teams.

Document project deliverables, lessons learned, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively remotely.

PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
