JD:
" Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle GTM
applications.
" Provide hands-on technical, functional & development support
for implemented GTM modules.
" Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents
and change work.
" Document and manage technical specifications and software
packages.
" People with excellent communication skills are preferred.
Ability to communicate with Business users on Business
processes is a must.
" Configure and deploy Oracle GTM solutions to meet business
requirements.
" Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze global
trade compliance requirements.
" Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT,
logistics, and legal, to integrate GTM solutions seamlessly into
existing systems.'
