Job Title: Communications Specialist

 

Overview:

As a Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling messages, engaging content, and strategic communication plans that will be essential in fostering positive relationships with various stakeholders and sharing organization level updates.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Content Creation:

  • Develop and produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for internal and external communication channels.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms.

 

Internal Communication:

  • Collaborate with various departments to distribute internal communications.
  • Create and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.

 

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, all hands connect, leadership roadshows, etc.,

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Communications Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with current trends in communication and digital media.
