Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile professional having experience with Technical Writing and Data Analysis, with a strong focus on the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jira, excellent documentation and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document functional specifications, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Use Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and support Agile ceremonies.
- Analyze telecom-specific data and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support UAT and post-deployment documentation and feedback collection.
- Ensure all documentation is version-controlled and accessible.
- Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems and workflows.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint documentation.
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL is a plus.
