IT Manager - Hybrid - Golden Valley, MN


The role entails leading the charge in aligning technology with company strategy, optimizing systems, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring top-notch training for peak Company performance. This individual will spearhead strategic thinking, build key relationships, drive innovation, and oversee technology platforms, processes, and teams. Their arsenal will include technical expertise, data analysis, and excellent communication to keep information flowing smoothly.


This is a permanent position which will be hybrid in Golden Valley with 3 days per week required; heavier onsite presence preferred for the first 3-6 months, particular as this is a leadership role. Target compensation is between $120k-$135k + 12-15% bonus.


Role and Responsibilities:


Drive corporate initiatives and craft a robust IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.


Stay ahead of IT trends, championing compliance-based best practices.


Cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation within the IT team.


Manage IT costs and vendor relationships with financial savvy.


Act as a beacon of knowledge, guiding on commercial issues and market trends.


Develop measurement tools for data-driven decision making.


Oversee end-user computing services and cybersecurity.


Foster collaboration across internal stakeholders and drive governance efforts.


Manage IT projects and provide key reports for business leaders.


Keep abreast of vendor roadmaps and ensure platform security.


Maintain documentation, policies, and communications on IT systems.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.


7+ years in technology roles, including 3-5 years leading IT teams.


Strong data management and cybersecurity expertise.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Windows OS.


Bonus points for Construction industry software experience.
