BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer
for an opportunity at Minneapolis, MN Location!

Expected Duration: 5 Months
Job Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Remote
Pay Range: $70/hr to $80/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Key responsibilities:
This request is for a Developer/Software Engineer in support of enterprise automation and Agentic AI at the client. The scope of services to be provided will be for the development and support of automations leverage UiPath capabilities, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Document Understanding and Agentic AI. The primary goal for the automations is to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs for Client.
Scope of Work:
Automation Development and Implementation
Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath technologies.
Develop and implement Document Understanding automations to streamline document processing.
Participate in the development of automations leveraging UiPath Agentic AI capabilities.
Collaborate with the team lead, application analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
Provide support for the UiPath automation solutions.
Work closely with solution architects to understand automation requirements and design solutions.
Configure and manage automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Develop robust error handling and exception management mechanisms.
Deployment and Support
Deploy solutions to the production environment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing automations and newly developed automations, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
Follow a robust support process to address issues and inquiries promptly.
Key qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in automation design, architecture, and development using automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and scripting languages.
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath for designing and implementing complex automated workflows.
Proven experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath.
Experience with UiPath Document Understanding technologies and AI-driven automation.
Experience in designing and architecting automation solutions for the healthcare industry is highly desired.
Experience in integrating automation solutions with various systems and applications using APIs, web services, databases, etc.
Experience in documenting and maintaining the automation architecture, design, and code.
Experience in training and mentoring the automation developers and testers on the best practices and standards of automation development.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Certification in UiPath highly preferred.
