- Product Owner/Business Analyst Role
Prominent is helping our client add a Product Owner/Business Analyst on a contract to hire in Omaha, Nebraska (Greenwood Village, Colorado or Berkley Heights, New Jersey may be considered).

What we are looking for: - 5+ Years as a Product Owner
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Project Management, Software Engineering, or similar.
- Agile Certification (CSM, CSPO, CSP)
- Prior experience with core banking applications, financial systems and/or digital delivery
- Background in enterprise SaaS or platform products.
- Participate in PI (Program Increment) planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt workshops.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience [preferred]
- Experience in data warehousing/data mining/data analytics in an Azure environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understands product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.
- Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.
- Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.
- Manages user stories for one or more products.
- Prioritizes backlog based on user value, time, and other dependencies
- Iteration planning and communication with overall program leadership and architects
- Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.
- Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.
- Lead team and/or client system demonstrations
- Willingness to work onsite 100% of the time.
