Position Summary:
The ERP/CRM Manager is responsible for the administration, enhancement, and strategic direction of the Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management platforms. This role ensures that ERP and CRM systems support operational, financial, and commercial needs while maintaining compliance with GxP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.

Position Summary:
The ERP/CRM Manager is responsible for the administration, enhancement, and strategic direction of the Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management platforms. This role ensures that ERP and CRM systems support operational, financial, and commercial needs while maintaining compliance with GxP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary IT system owner for ERP and CRM platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance.
- Manage system configurations, upgrades, integrations, and user administration with internal and external resources.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial Operations to align ERP and CRM capabilities with business needs.
- Lead data integrity, master data management (MDM), and reporting strategies to support decision-making.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements and support quality meet business requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and reporting.
- Evaluate, develop, and deploy new ERP/CRM features or modules in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs for ERP/CRM users.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
- Manage change control, validation, and documentation in alignment with regulatory standards.
- Maintain ERP/CRM-related IT compliance records within the QMS system, including change controls, deviations, events, and SME assessments.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring system-related compliance documentation is current.
- Partner with IT infrastructure, security, and data teams to manage integrations between ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow between ERP, CRM, BI tools, and other platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ERP/CRM users across business functions.
- Monitor vendor performance, licensing, and system costs to align with IT budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- 6-9+ years of experience managing ERP and CRM platforms, preferably in the life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM system administration, configurations, and best practices.
- Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is strongly preferred.
- Experience with SOX compliance, GxP validation, CSA principles, and IT governance for regulated enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to optimize business processes and improve system efficiency.
- Experience with system integrations, master data management, and reporting/analytics.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and support agreements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial Operations.
- Effective project management and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
