We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling a leading social media company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Responsibilities:
  • Help project manage and maintain the processes for long-term planning and budgeting as the team develops and maintains advanced financial models to forecast infrastructure needs aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Help the team to translate complex business drivers into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Craft thoughtful documents and memos to communicate findings and present strategic insights to finance leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Enable the team to serve as a thought partner to business leaders, contributing your perspective and point of view on the right set of actions to drive the business forward.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in roles that involve project and process management.
  • Experience in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communicator who can craft thoughtful documents and deliverables.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
