Responsibilities :
- Create integration roadmaps leveraging existing IT investments
- Define standards ensuring quality, security, and scalability
- Tackle technical debt and drive Data Governance initiatives
- Develop and design a quality process in how testing is conducted and lead the testing team
- Work with existing teams to troubleshoot and make improvements
- Understand the entire test plan and create standards
- Mentor teams and drive best practices in implementation and knowledge transfer
- Analyze and resolve critical Data inefficiencies
- 10+ years in Enterprise Applications; 5+ in technical leadership
- Experience in ETL - data transformation
- Strong development background in Java
- Experience working in a testing center of excellence
- Experience as a data quality architect - data loss prevention
- Ability to build relationships across the enterprise
- Excellent commination and presentation skills
