About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle EPM Specialist with deep technical expertise in implementing and integrating Oracle EPM Cloud modules with Oracle Fusion Financials. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide the end-to-end implementation process, work closely with Finance and ERP teams, and ensure seamless data integration and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM modules, including Tax Reporting (TRCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and Planning.
  • Design and configure EPM applications with a strong focus on data integration from Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to understand reporting and planning requirements.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify business needs versus system capabilities and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with the ERP team to design and implement data pipelines between Fusion Financials and EPM Cloud modules.
  • Develop and maintain EPM reports, dashboards, and analytics to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee data validation, mapping, and transformation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 3 4+ end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations as a lead or senior consultant.
  • Strong technical expertise in EPM modules: TRCS, EDM, ARCS, and Planning.
  • Proven experience integrating EPM with Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Solid understanding of FP&A processes and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in data pipeline design and EPM reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Knowledge of data governance and master data management practices.
  • Exposure to cloud security and user provisioning in EPM.
