Seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives related to our digital presence and customer-facing platforms. This role will focus on the oversight and evolution of website domains, supporting the growth and optimization of our e-commerce sites, and ensuring a seamless digital experience for users across multiple global brands.
The Program Manager will drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, marketing, and operations teams to manage end-to-end digital projects - from domain lifecycle management to the rollout of e-commerce enhancements. The role requires strong project management capabilities to prioritize initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality web and commerce solutions aligned with brand goals.
This position also serves as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on digital strategies and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing website and e-commerce ecosystems, leading project teams, and reporting on performance metrics that drive continuous improvement in user engagement and conversion.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on digital platforms, websites, and/or e-commerce.
Demonstrated success managing the lifecycle of digital domains and driving cross-functional digital initiatives.
Proven experience leading e-commerce platform enhancements and ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
Strong knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, marketing, and operations teams in a matrixed organization.
Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple projects.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, mobile optimization, and performance metrics that drive user engagement and conversion.
Experience with regulatory compliance standards related to web platforms (e.g., ADA, GDPR, CCPA).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
