Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant - I will provide essential support for client reporting, KPI metrics, forecasting, invoicing, and back-order activities within the client's Forward Operations Distribution Network. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in SAP, MS Office Suite, and Google Sheets/Forms. The position is based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Warehouse Operations reports.
- Support the creation and distribution of KPI Metric Reports and other ad-hoc reporting to ensure 3PL Warehouse locations meet contractual requirements.
- Align back-order plans with pending inbound inventory to determine availability.
- Plan back-order drops based on analysis of on-hand and expected inventory.
- Communicate drop plans with 3PL locations.
- Pull various reports from SAP to generate reporting.
- Partner with onsite DC managers daily to communicate back-order drop plans, ad-hoc order drops, and non-BAU changes in forecasts.
- Manage 3PL order traps to ensure SKUs on hold are handled as expected.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when identified.
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Develop forecasts.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting to analyze trends in order volumes and KPI metrics.
- Plan and prepare for device launches.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite and Google Sheets/Forms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in 3PL management.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain (preferred but not required).
- SAP Certification (preferred but not required).
