NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Claims Business Process Analyst to join our team in US-Remote . This is a US based, W-2 project. All candidates will be paid through NTT DATA only.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze and interpret federal and state Medicaid program requirements to align with organizational goals and operational needs.
* Research, gather, and document business and regulatory requirements
* Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and business rules.
* Perform gap analyses on claims data to identify discrepancies, compliance risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
* Write and execute SQL queries to support data validation, reporting, and issue resolution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of business requirements and documentation.
Required Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
* 4+ years of claims business process analysis, preferably in healthcare (i.e. documenting business process, gathering requirements) or claims payment/analysis experience.
* Process mapping and documentation
* Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
Preferred Experience:
* Knowledge of Amisys or other claims system, HIPAA transactions (i.e. 837, 999, 824, 277) and SQL Scripting preferred.
* Exposure to healthcare regulatory environments and compliance standards.
* Previous structured testing or project management experience preferred.

* Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint
* Project & Workflow Tools: Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner
* Data Tools: SQL, Copilot (for automation and analysis) "
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement "

* Requirements Accuracy Rate: % of requirements that are implemented without rework due to ambiguity or errors &Client; 95%

* Stakeholder Satisfaction Score: Feedback from internal teams on clarity and usefulness of deliverables &Client; 4.5/5
* Project Milestone Adherence: % of deliverables completed on time &Client; 95%
* SQL Query Accuracy: % of queries executed without error and delivering correct results &Client; 98%
Shift Hours:
Working Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm CST
Training Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm CST (2-4 weeks)

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($45). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
