Seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Digital Transformation Practice. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud, automation, data analytics, enterprise platforms, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, blockchain), with a strong ability to identify and close new business opportunities. You will be responsible for driving growth by building strategic client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy aligned with the Digital Transformation practice s goals.
- Identify high-potential markets, industries, and prospects for digital transformation services.
- Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation to closing deals.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at the C-level and decision-maker level.
- Understand clients business challenges and needs, and position digital transformation offerings accordingly.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and value propositions to articulate digital transformation roadmaps.
- Market & Industry Intelligence
- Stay updated on digital transformation trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.
Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
5 10 years of business development experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in selling digital transformation, IT consulting, or enterprise solutions.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), ServiceNow (SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics), AI/ML, RPA, data analytics, etc.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional teams.
