About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer for the implementation of a Contact Center solution using Salesforce Omnichannel integrated with AWS Connect. The role requires a strong hands-on developer who can design, configure, and optimize intelligent case and call routing workflows within Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring a seamless customer and agent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Omnichannel for Case Routing, including presence configurations, skills-based routing, and queue management.
  • Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with AWS Connect to enable seamless voice call routing and contextual case handling.
  • Develop and maintain custom Apex code, Lightning components, and Flow automations to support routing and escalation logic.
  • Partner with AWS engineers to build and test integration workflows using Lambda functions, APIs, and CTI connectors.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize routing performance, data synchronization, and call handling between Salesforce and AWS Connect.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Support, Engineering) to align routing logic with business requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, perform code reviews, and ensure Salesforce best practices are followed.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-launch enhancements to the contact center solution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud and Omnichannel configuration.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Omnichannel for Case Routing (skills, queues, presence, routing rules).
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect (using APIs, Lambda, or AppExchange tools).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Solid understanding of CTI integrations, AWS services (Connect, Lambda, API Gateway), and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Education

  • B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II).
  • AWS certifications are an added advantage.
