Overview

This is a remote position that may only be hired in North Carolina.

This position in the Digital Strategy and Planning function provides support for strategic planning, internal governance, communications, and development / execution / improvement of processes required to drive Enterprise Digital team's objectives. The individual works directly with Digital leadership, team leaders, internal business partners and stakeholders to drive a variety of run and change initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong generalist who can balance strategy with execution and adapt to evolving business priorities. Past experience working for large financial institutions in an internal strategy or planning or transformation and/or chief of staff roles is preferred. Proficiency and experience with written communications and PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences is critical.

Responsibilities

Digital Strategy and Planning - Supports current plans and development of future strategy materials. Aids in the delivery of strategies and solutions that address identified issues, coordinating business efforts to achieve success. Support internal communications. Key initiatives include annual strategic planning cycle, quarterly refreshes. Digital OKRs and Success Metrics to inform strategy and planning. Offsite planning and preparation.

Management - Supports and leads projects, serving as a resource to the business unit or organization. Utilizes expertise to provide guidance, feedback, and direction on complex matters. Aids in the communication of performance results and expected behaviors.

Reporting and Communications - Produces reports in line with monthly and quarterly business needs. Develops project plans and other strategy and planning documentation in support of business initiatives. Sources, compiles, and interprets data, effectively communicates and providing analysis output to steer business decisions. Key efforts include monthly and quarterly reviews, quarterly newsletters, quarterly town halls, monthly team engagement connects, share point updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Project Planning, Internal Strategy or Transformation and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Project Planning, Internal Strategy or Transformation and Financial Services industry
