Job Details

Job Role: Full Stack MERN Developer

Location: New Jersey, NJ (Onsite/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical design, architecture, and development of complex systems using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

  • Build scalable, resilient, and secure applications following microservices architecture and reusable framework principles.

  • Develop high-quality APIs, integrate with third-party systems, and support multi-tech integrations (Java, Python, etc.).

  • Perform unit test automation, static code reviews, and manage AWS deployments, including EKS.

  • Collaborate directly with clients, conduct demos, handle requirements, and provide effective solutions independently.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA, perform RCA, and handle incidents, problem management, and service tickets.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation including Swagger API specifications and architectural artifacts.

  • Provide expert technical support and ensure seamless integrations across upstream and downstream systems.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical architecture and full-stack engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on MERN stack experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SOAP/REST, JSON.

  • Experience with MySQL/Postgres, MarkLogic (NoSQL), Elastic, SharePoint.

  • Strong understanding of security protocols including SSO and SAML.

  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills with ability to work directly with clients.
