Job title: Solution Architect
Location: Louisville, KY (100% onsite position)
Duration: 6-12+ Months
Rate: $78 - $80/Hr all-inc
Role Summary: As the Solution Architect, you will define the technical vision for the overall MDM, deployment, and integration architecture. You will work across STEP, FOCUS, CI/CD, and automation PODs to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define architecture for STEP MDM, POS integrations, automation, and support flows
- Own technical governance, performance guidelines, and design decisions
- Collaborate with POD architects and leads to validate solution feasibility
- Ensure reusability, resilience, and observability across components
- Engage with business/product owners to translate goals into scalable architecture
Requirements:
- 12+ years in architecture roles, preferably with experience in MDM, retail, or QSR systems
- Expertise in API, data model design, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integration
- Hands-on with DevOps, test automation, and security best practices
- Strong client advisory skills and stakeholder communication capabilities
