Title: Illumio Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration/Type of Job: 6 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Illumio Engineer to design, implement, and manage Illumio s Zero Trust Segmentation solution across our enterprise environment. This role is crucial in strengthening our security posture by preventing lateral movement, improving visibility, and enabling consistent micro-segmentation policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in network security, systems engineering, or endpoint security.
  • Hands-on experience with Illumio Core (formerly ASP) in enterprise deployments.
  • Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, VLANs), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), and security principles (Zero Trust, segmentation).
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate Illumio policies or system integrations.
  • Experience working with CMDBs (e.g., ServiceNow), SIEM platforms, and EDR solutions.
